JONBOX Return Policy

We hope you are stoked about your JONBOX but understand sometimes things don’t work out. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your JONBOX purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Take a look below for more information.

Return Process

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. 

To return an item, please email Customer Service at info@myjonbox.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have your RMA number, securely place your item(s) and the return form in the original packaging, then mail your return to the address provided on the return form.

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, and we strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return within ten (10) days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Partial return of the Original JONBOX

  • Partial return of the JONBOX Lite

  • Adventure Medical Kits Mountain Backpacker Medical Kit

  • Adventure Medical Kits Mountain Day Tripper Lite Medical Kit
